A Staffing Coordinatorwho excels in this role:
Prepares and manages the staffing schedule for the nursing department.Serves as a central contact for communication of schedule changes and other pertinent information regarding the nursing staff. Contacts staff to provide coverage for staff call offs. Works with payroll to ensure that employees of the nursing department are paid appropriately and timely. Work with DON in an administrative role.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in scheduling/staffing experience required
- Valid Drivers License preferred
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
