About the Data Entry Mailroom Associate:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Data Entry Mailroom Associateto join our operations team. This role is responsible for keying scanning and docu-typing for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Details:

• Data Entry Mailroom Associate will be responsible for keying documents accurately
• Sorting scanning perform quality and check process
• Receives data and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients
• Receives documents from both electric and hard copy forms for processing

• Capture information based on client requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with high volume workload/environment

• Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred
• Preforms other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
