Your Impact

Tacto helps 300 manufacturers turn supplier data into negotiation leverage. Were scaling fast - across enterprise international markets and new products - and the operational backbone of our entire revenue function needs to scale with it. Youll be the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire working directly with our Revenue Operations Lead and Managing Director Revenue to build the systems that make our whole revenue function run.

Your Tasks

• Reshape our revenue function. Rolling out a new sales motion across our revenue function or supporting our enterprise and international expansions you own the strategic projects that change how our revenue function operates.

• Build the operational backbone across the full revenue cycle. From business development and outbound to AE pipeline management customer onboarding and customer expansion you connect the dots remove the friction and make the whole machine run faster.

• Give revenue leadership an edge. You own the reporting you surface patterns before anyone else and you turn data into decisions. You work closely with marketing business development account executive customer experience and customer expansion leadership not as a support function but as the person who sees the full picture and shapes where the org focuses next.

• Multiply the output of the entire revenue function. What you build makes everyone who does more effective. Enablement AI tooling onboarding your work compounds across every person in the revenue function.

Your Profile

• Youve built something from zero before at a VC-backed startup as a founder or inside a high-growth company where you operated like one

• You think about founding your own company at some point. Were looking for someone wed love to back if you started your own company

• Youre a systems thinker who ships: you design the structures and operationalize them yourself

• You are used to working with senior leadership founders managing directors revenue leadership

• Extreme ownership: you spot whats broken build the fix you dont wait for permission

• Ego-free overachiever: makes everyone around you better

• Fluent in German and English high tolerance for ambiguity and pace

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs suppliers materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a products cost originates from suppliers making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world.
