Provide support for all areas within the Office of Academic Affairs to ensure projects and initiatives within the department are completed timely and within institutional guidelines.Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in job-related field and four years of related experience; masters degree preferred.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Analytical investigative presentation and problem resolution skills. Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and others across organizational lines. Ability to work in fast paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks. Ability to be self-directed and results oriented with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Track departmental expenses inventory and space allocations; complete property audits
- Monitor departmental contracts
- Monitor academic affiliations agreements and affiliated student and educational observer processes; field communications with internal and external customers related to academic affiliations and educational observers
- Coordinate and document committee and departmental meetings
- Oversee various student activities including Academic Success Kiosk tutoring and student complaint process
- Assist with annual plan for graduation ceremony for all schools
- Act as back up for other administrative staff
- Assist with accreditation
- Manage Nuventive Improve Assessment Tracking software
