We are seeking a Firefighter Uniform Coordinator to join our dedicated team and serve as the first point of contact for our firefighter customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist front counter sales and walk-in customers.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the front counter.
Help firefighters with uniform fittings.
Process web store uniform orders and alterations including preparing detailed sales orders forms and invoices.
Estimate product delivery timelines based on production and shipping schedules.
Receive customer payments.
Educate and inform customers about all products and services offered by United Fire.
Maintain a clean organized and professional showroom environment.
