Column Technical Services is seeking a Senior Analyst Marketing Science to join our clients Marketing & Communication (M&C) this role youll partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to answer key business questions-analyzing data uncovering insights presenting findings and guiding datadriven decisionmaking. Your work will directly support their mission by helping connect people with the care and resources they need.
Job Requirements:
* Support highvisibility reporting workstreams including organizationlevel and executivelevel reporting that demonstrates Marketings impact on institutional demand. * Build and maintain data tables used across multiple analytics and data applications. * Monitor and communicate performance across the M&C ecosystem using dashboards data visualizations presentations and other reporting formats. * Conduct targeted analyses to answer business questions-joining transforming and interpreting disparate data sources to deliver clear actionable insights. * Partner with Analytics IT and Marketing teams to build optimize and scale our Business Intelligence ecosystem. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency/vendor partners ensuring Marketing Analytics expertise is represented and applied effectively. * Champion a hybrid service/selfservice analytics model educating peers and enabling them with tools and solutions you help create. * Manage analytics workspaces data refresh processes dataflows and ongoing improvements to data processing efficiency-including automation where possible. * Contribute to the evolution of our data taxonomy processes and technical infrastructure across the organization.
Qualifications:
-Three (3) or more years of experience working in a Marketing Analytics role. -Experience with SQL and various downstream data applications including business intelligence tools. -Working knowledge of common marketing data types including web and mobile analytics advertising analytics and phone tracking. -Ability to understand the context of data and apply it to inform business analysis. -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. -Intrapreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in both deliverables and processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience: -Experience with Microsoft PowerBI Databricks DBT.
