Deal Desk Analyst 3 (mfd)
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support the structuring of profitable and compliant commercial transactions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders drive revenue growth and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a central digital marketing sales organization.
The Deal Desk Analyst acts as a key business partner to Sales ensuring deals are properly structured approvals are managed efficiently and all transactions comply with internal policies and revenue recognition requirements.

Contract length: 18 months Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Structure and evaluate complex commercial transactions with a focus on profitability compliance and customer requirements.
Manage first-line approvals within the deal approval process and support the acceleration of contract closures.
Partner closely with Sales teams to understand key customer business needs and translate them into appropriate deal structures.
Manage the end-to-end deal approval workflow and ensure timely processing of transactions.
Develop and present clear business cases to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent articulation of deal value.
Draft review and certify customer contracts including multi-element contracts (e.g. subscriptions licenses services and support).
Ensure adherence to defined KPIs service levels and internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal Sales Operations Sales Finance Revenue Assurance Business Units Order Management and Credit.
Ensure compliance with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
Provide regular in-quarter deal status updates and reporting to management.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to increase operational effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent experience.
Several years of experience in FP&A Sales Finance Sales Operations or Deal Desk functions.
Experience drafting reviewing and analyzing legally binding commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of complex contract structures including subscriptions licenses services and support models.
Solid knowledge of software revenue recognition principles (e.g. SOP 97-2 or equivalent standards).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
