Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse for our client in Newark Delaware a leading acute care health system recognized for excellence in cardiovascular and surgical services. This role supports a specialized Open Heart surgical team in a high-acuity operating room environment.
Shift Details:
Primarily Day Shift (Monday Friday). Flexibility required for mid shifts and on-call coverage for open-heart procedures.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Salary Range: $83000 $130000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50000 (paid over 24 months for qualified CVOR candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intraoperative nursing care for cardiovascular and open-heart procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to OR protocols
- Support high-acuity surgical cases in a fast-paced setting
- Participate in on-call rotation for open heart team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
- Cardiac Open-Heart (CVOR) experience required
- BSN preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 years)
