We are seeking an Advanced Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact DevOps team.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of the Digital Checkout Solution (DCS) specifically focusing on the Vehicle Trade-In feature set.
Full Stack Specialist: Lead the development of complex scalable front-end and back-end business solutions that power global vehicle trade-in services.
Process Governance: Manage the full development lifecycle ensuring every step from technical documentation and system audits to user sign-off is executed to the highest standard.
Agile Collaborator: 6 years of experience working within a dynamic team to reach agreements through flexibility and compromise ensuring global project objectives are met.

- Level: Advanced
- Experience: 4-6 Years related experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of professional enterprise software development experience.
- Proven track record of delivery at a senior or advanced level within a complex IT environment.
Essential Skills & Technologies:
- Senior Full Stack Software Engineering capability with a primary focus on backend development
- Strong experience in enterprise backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot APIs integrations)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems data persistence and performance optimisation
- Working exposure to frontend technologies (Angular & TypeScript) to support end to end delivery
- Proven experience working in Agile Working Model (AWM) environments
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Advantageous Skills:
- Experience in web and digital platform development
- Cloud native development experience (containerisation CI/CD pipelines)
- Exposure to event driven or asynchronous architectures
- Experience working in global cross functional product teams
- Knowledge of GROUP style enterprise IT landscapes and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance on platform/application
- Review and present proposed system solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or Systemowner
- Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
- Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
- Participate in daily stand-ups
- Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
- Assist with training when required
- Compiling of user and operational manuals
- System audits
- Assist with identification and management of risks
