Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Washington DC / Macon GA / Boyers PA)
Duration: 1 Year Base 4 Option Years
Job Description:
Support automation CI/CD pipelines DevSecOps processes and system reliability across enterprise applications and cloud platforms. Responsible for improving software delivery speed quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build test and deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and release processes
- Implement DevSecOps controls including scanning and compliance checks
- Support source control branching and deployment workflows
- Monitor application health logs and performance metrics
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment issues
- Collaborate with developers QA cloud and security teams
- Maintain runbooks scripts and technical documentation
- Improve release frequency stability and operational maturity
- Support containerization and orchestration environments
Minimum Requirements & Education
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of relevant experience
Required Qualifications
- Prior Federal experience required
- Experience with Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes / Terraform preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell Bash Python)
- Experience in AWS / Azure cloud environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- DevOps / AWS / Azure certifications
- Agile / Scrum experience
