Job Title: Area Business Head Role Overview As an Area Business Head you will be responsible for driving end-to-end offline lead generation and business growth across your assigned area (cluster of cities/regions within a state). You will lead field outreach initiatives manage team performance and build strong relationships with educational institutions and partners. This is a high-impact field-driven B2B2C role requiring strong execution team leadership and stakeholder management skills. --- What will you be doing Own the performance and growth of your assigned area managing a team of 2–3 Managers and 8–15 Executives Plan and execute area-level outreach strategies for 12th-grade schools and colleges to drive awareness and student acquisition Identify and connect with decision-makers (DMs) in institutions deliver presentations and close partnerships for student demos Ensure smooth execution of student demos post-demo follow-ups and relationship management with institutions Hire train and mentor team members; continuously monitor and improve their performance Track daily/weekly KPIs provide actionable insights and drive team productivity and conversions Build and maintain strong relationships with schools colleges channel partners and local stakeholders Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities in key areas to generate quality leads Identify onboard and manage channel partners; support them to drive consistent business outcomes Analyze market potential competitor activities and local trends to identify growth opportunities Gather feedback from students and institutions to refine outreach strategies and improve conversions Ensure high-quality execution of processes demos and overall customer experience Manage area-level budgets for outreach activities ensuring cost efficiency and timely reporting Handle escalations resolve on-ground challenges and ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate data of leads interactions and conversions in CRM systems Monitor inventory applications and overall funnel movement within the assigned area --- Who are we looking for 3–6 years of experience in Sales/Pre-Sales with at least 3 years in team handling Preferably from EdTech / Education / Field Sales / B2B2C domains Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking Ability to manage stakeholders and build institutional partnerships Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities High ownership adaptability and willingness to work in a field-intensive role --- You’re ideal for this role if: You have experience managing Managers or senior executives who drive on-ground sales/demo activities You can effectively pitch programs to institutions and secure permissions for student engagement You are strong in people management and stakeholder coordination You have consistently delivered or exceeded team targets You thrive in fast-paced growth-stage environments You are looking for a high-ownership role with visible business impact
