Job Description:

The Program Security Administrator is responsible for managing personnel security functions overseeing secure systems and providing COMSEC support.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain a Top Secret Control Account for multiple programs and contracts
• Perform personnel security clearance coordination and processing activities
• Knowledge of personnel security disciplines that allows for direct interaction with customer personnel security representatives
• Responsible for working with computer systems and secure networks
• Perform duties as an assistant COMSEC manager or Secret level networks
• Utilize personnel security databases that are used by both the DoD and IC ( JADE)
• Manage and generate reports from internal personnel security databases ()
• Generate and maintain monthly personnel security metrics charts
• Occasionally assist with classified courier and visitor escorting and document destruction duties
• Prepare and maintain continuity books and procedures for multiple security functions

• Assist Program Security Officers with generating and presenting program security related material as needed

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with JADE SIMS DISS and additional Personnel Security tools
• Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) NationalIndustrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) SAP Directives and Supplement Information system security experience desired
