Internship Retail Operations Coordinator (MF)

What you can expect:

We are currently looking for a Retail Coordinator intern to join the Retail Operations department of HUGO BOSS France. You will work across the entire network which includes numerous points of sale throughout France. Within the Retail Operations team you will support the full network of stores across France for both BOSS and HUGO. You will act as a key point of contact for our Regional Directors support functions and store network.

What you can expect:

• Provide daily support to our stores Regional Managers and the Retail management team
• Take responsibility for creating presentations for the Retail team and internal communications (weekly and monthly newsletters team videos StorIQ content one-pagers and infographics)
• Update analyses and reports for all points of sale
• Contribute to the coordination of Retail projects (challenges team seminars etc.)
• Create Retail operational procedures and ensure they are properly implemented
• Coordinate orders for materials (stock equipment and shopping bags) and temporary staffing requests for the stores and monitor the related budget
• Create and update store access codes for Retail tools and maintain the store database

Your profile:

• You are currently studying for a Masters degree (Bac 4/5) at a Business School or University and have a strong interest in the retail sector.
• You are rigorous organized and known for your strong interpersonal skills.
• Curious by nature you are able to demonstrate creativity and have a strong affinity for the fashion and retail industry. You enjoy creating and editing videos.
• You are proficient in Excel PowerPoint and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English both spoken and written.

This is a 6month internship starting at the beginning of July 2026 based at our Head Office in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.
