Position Overview

As a Global Solution Architect SAP Sales (SD/CS) you will be responsible for the development enhancement rollout and support of group-wide business application solutions across all sales processes.

You will act as an internal consultant collaborating with internal customers and Business Process Owners across the dormakaba Group to design and implement effective this role you will ensure alignment with our SAP template application governance and global Sales Management standards.

In addition you will drive new developments in close cooperation with other consultants and developers. While your primary focus will be on SAP SD/CS you will operate across applications ensuring seamless integration with related modules such as FICO Salesforce and Salesforce Field Service.

What youwill do

• Design and re-engineer SAP SD/CS solutions including interfaces with Salesforce and Fiori apps to optimize business processes across dormakaba companies
• Implement sales processes in SAP including customizing and documentation
• Provide consulting and support to business stakeholders including Global Process Owners Global Process Experts and Key Users
• Promote and drive the adoption of global standards across the organization
• Plan prepare and facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Independently manage tasks and work packages ensuring timely delivery
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering agreed solutions with high quality
• Manage and coordinate external service providers
• Oversee and resolve support issues within a Global Service Delivery Organization at 3rd-level support

What we require

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD/CS consulting within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven experience in global SAP implementations and rollouts (at least 23 projects)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across SAP SD/CS and integration with FICO MM and PP
• Solid hands-on experience with sales processes standards and best practices
• Experience in facilitating workshops including presenting moderating and guiding business discussions and delivering key user training programs
• Proven experience in managing external service providers
• Strong team orientation with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Service-oriented customer-focused and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently proactively and under pressure in a global environment
• Business fluent in English

What we prefer

• Technical experience in data migration using SAP LSMW as well as ABAP debugging and writing functional/technical specifications
• Experience with SAP system integrations e.g. SAP GTS using technologies such as IDoc qRFC and web services
