Job Summary
Operations Manager Home Care Full Time May Start
Location: Irvine CA
Pay: Starting at $26 per hour plus growth-based raise to $28 per hour in 6 months plus performance-based monthly bonus
Schedule: Monday through Friday full-time daytime hours in office with some field visits

Griswold Home Care for Greater Newport Beach is seeking a hands on Operations Manager to lead daily operations support caregivers and clients and help build a strong reliable care team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership solves problems and wants to grow into a leadership position.
What You Will Do
- Manage caregiver scheduling and client coverage
- Conduct in home client assessments and create care plans
- Recruit onboard and support caregivers
- Solve staffing challenges and reduce last minute issues
- Improve workflows and daily operations
- Support client satisfaction and continuity of care
What We Are Looking For
- Organized proactive and accountable
- Strong problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Comfortable in both office and field settings
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Motivated by performance and growth
Qualifications
- Active California Home Care Aide registration will be required by start date
- Experience in home care caregiving or healthcare staffing preferred
- Ability to conduct in home assessments
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
