We are currently seeking a seniorChannel SalesRepresentative to join ourBuilding Automationteam in our Malaysia office within the BMS products group for the Electrical Products (EP division). The appointee will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoingChannel Salesactivities.



Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage appointed channel partners to drive towards the Annual Operating Plan. Key deliverables in Sales revenue.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoringChannel Salesprogress and for problem solving with project managers line managers and customers.
  • Demand creation activities reaching out to the various stakeholders to drive specification acceptance thru owners consultants interior designers. Pipeline management thru NEX CRM.
  • Reporting on ongoing basis thru MOS cadence.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Offering Management team to drive optimal profitable mix as part of go-to-market plans.
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing Manager to create and implement customer programs.
  • Position Honeywell to be the customers top choice by improving uponChannel Salessolutions.
  • Implement your creative ideas while solving complex problems for the customer.


Qualifications
  • A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in (Channel Sales).
  • Domain experience inBuilding Automation with experience in electrical products.
  • Excellent team and communication skills both English and Local language. Mandarin and Chinese dialects is a plus
  • An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • An ability to influence at the operational level.
  • A broad network of M&E Consultants / Interior Designers and End- Users.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (Electrical engineering is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of working relevant experience
  • Valid Drivers License.
