Your Responsibilities Make an Impact:

• Support our international recruiting team with daily operations and ongoing projects;

• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline in close collaboration with recruiters;

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews ensuring a smooth and professional experience;

• Translate and edit job descriptions to ensure clarity and consistency;

• Post job advertisements and monitor incoming applications.

Your Profile What You Bring:

• You are currently enrolled at aGerman university with at least one year remaining in your studies ideally in Economics Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a related field;

• You have a genuine interest in Human Resources - prior experience in Recruitment is a plus;

• You demonstrate strong self-organization independence and a dynamic approach to work;

• You have excellent written and spokenEnglish skills and proficiency in one or more of the following languages:Turkish French Italian Polish Czech Slovak Serbian Croatian Bulgarian and/or German.
