As an o9 Tech Owner you are accountable for the end-to-end technical ownership of the o9 Planning Suite within the TWIN program and the evolving Integrated Planning Center of Excellence. You ensure a stable scalable and standardized planning platform across all relevant planning domains and streams enabling integrated end-to-end planning high data quality and alignment with the HUGOBOSS target operating model and enterprise architecture.

In this role you act as the technical design authority for the o9 Planning Suite and serve as a central interface between IT business product owners and overall program governance. You work closely with Business Planning Supply Chain Finance Merchandising and Sales to translate cross-stream business requirements into coherent o9 solution designs and to continuously enhance the integrated planning ecosystem.

What you can expect:

• Own the end-to-end technical responsibilityfor the o9 Planning Suite across all in-scope planning domains (e.g. Demand Planning Product Planning Supply Planning IBP) ensuring platform stability scalability and standardization in line with the defined guiding principles.
• Govern solution changes releases and enhancementswithin the o9 Planning Suite including blueprint interpretation backlog alignment testing coordination and close collaboration with implementation partners and the o9 product team.
• Ensure platform quality data integrity and operational excellence adhering to the defined Planning Suite governance Center of Excellence standards and the support and escalation model.
• Act as the central technical interface and escalation pointbetween IT business product owners across the planning streams and overarching program and architecture governance.
• Translate cross-functional business requirementsinto coherent o9 solution designs including harmonized planning logic integrated workflows and a reliable handover of planning outputs to downstream systems (e.g. ERP Data Platform).
• Drive continuous improvement and capability build-upof the o9 Planning Suite supporting user adoption structured knowledge transfer and the long-term maturity of integrated planning capabilities at HUGOBOSS.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Engineering or a comparable field
• 5 years of experience in enterprise application / platform ownership solution architecture or technical consulting ideally in planning or supply chain domains
• Handson experience with o9 Solutions or a comparable planning platform (e.g. SAP IBP/APO Kinaxis Blue Yonder Anaplan OMP) with strong motivation to specialize in o9
• Strong understanding of cloudbased architectures (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) and SaaS / PaaS operating models
• Solid experience with system integration (APIs interfaces ETL/integration tools messagebased integration) and data modelling
• Demonstrated ability to run and evolve a businesscritical platform (SLAs monitoring incident/problem/change management)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge between business and IT and to explain complex technical topics in an accessible way.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) German language skills are a plus.
