Position Overview

As a Solution ArchitectSAP FI/CO - Global IT Business Applications you will be responsible for the design implementation rollout and support of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions across dormakaba. Your mission is to enable standardized efficient and integrated finance and controlling processes that support global business operations.

Operating at the intersection of finance business processes and IT you will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners key business stakeholders and IT teams to continuously improve SAP FI/CO processes. While your main focus will be on Finance and Controlling you will work in an integrated SAP landscape with close interaction across MM PS SD and PP modules.

What you will do

• Design reengineer and optimize SAP FI/CO solutions to improve global finance and controlling processes across dormakaba companies.
• Implement FI/CO processes in SAP including requirements analysis conceptual design evaluation of solution alternatives customizing functional testing documentation and rollout activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Global Process Owners Global Process Experts Subject Matter Experts and Key Users.
• Drive global standardization and harmonization of finance and controlling processes to achieve simplicity efficiency and transparency.
• Maintain and evolve template governance through active alignment and collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Organize prepare and facilitate international process workshops and keyuser trainings.
• Independently manage assigned tasks and work packages taking full responsibility for timely and highquality delivery.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants and service providers.
• Provide 3rdlevel support within a global service delivery organization.
• Collaborate closely with other SAP core modules (MM PPS SD PP) to ensure endtoend process integration.

What we require

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong handson experience with SAP FI and CO customizing and solid understanding of finance and controlling processes and standards.
• Experience with international SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Holistic understanding of integrated SAP business processes across FI CO MM SD PS and PP.
• University degree in IT Business Administration Accounting Controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations.
• Strong communication presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  
  

What we prefer

• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g. LSMW).
• Basic experience with ABAP debugging and writing functional specifications.
• Experience with interfaces to SAP and nonSAP systems (e.g. Concur SuccessFactors OneStream Coupa Peppol digital payment solutions).
• SAP FI/CO certification.
• German language skills.
