Job Summary

Manufacturing Engineer PI3in GAC Mexicali

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose:

Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Submit ECRs .
Create Visual aids (SOPs & IWIs) .
Work plan/BOM Red lines/WOAs and Rework routines (DR/DI) .
Generate TMOs .
MRRs work plan .
Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing .
Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
Desired assembly processes knowledge.
Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
English spoken and written (80% advanced).
Catia V4 & V5.
Smarteam.
CAS/Solumina.
Autocad.
MS project.
Power BI and additive manufacturing.
