You plan develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.

How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources harmonize assets and rollout best this role you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Building & Site Project Lead

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten op onze productiesites. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig binnen budget en volgens planning worden opgeleverd zodat onze productie vlot en betrouwbaar kan blijven draaien.

1. Leiding geven aan bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten

• Je stuurt projecten aan van idee tot oplevering.
• Je maakt planningen bewaakt budgetten en zorgt dat alles volgens scope wordt uitgevoerd.
• Je volgt de Mondelez projectmethodologie en stage-gate processen.

2. Werken aan gebouwen infrastructuur en utilities

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor projecten rond o.a.:

• HVAC perslucht stoom water en afvalwater.
• Wegen funderingen gebouwen en structurele aanpassingen
• Aanpassingen aan de site-infrastructuur die nodig zijn voor huidige en toekomstige productie

3. Veiligheid kwaliteit en regelgeving

• Je zorgt dat alle projecten voldoen aan EHS-regels brandveiligheid bouwvoorschriften en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
• Je beheert risicos en zorgt voor veilige uitvoering op de werkvloer.

4. Aansturen van contractors en samenwerken met interne teams

• Je selecteert en coördineert externe aannemers ingenieursbureaus en leveranciers.
• Je werkt nauw samen met Operations Quality EHS Maintenance en Finance.
• Je zorgt dat projecten zo min mogelijk impact hebben op de lopende productie.

5. Duurzaamheid en lange-termijn siteplanning

• Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van de site masterplan en infrastructuurstrategie.
• Je zoekt actief naar kostenoptimalisatie en efficiëntere oplossingen.

Ervaring

• Je hebt ruime ervaring in industriële engineering of bouwprojecten.
• Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het uitvoeren van kapitaalprojecten (bouw infrastructuur of utilities).
• Je hebt ervaring in een productie- of FMCG-omgeving bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
• Je kent EHS-regels bouwvoorschriften brandveiligheid en utiliteitssystemen goed.
• Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van externe aannemers en ingenieursbureaus.
• Je bent financieel onderlegd en kunt budgetten en kosten goed beheren.
• Je beheerst AutoCAD uitstekend en beschikt over een diepgaande kennis.
