Job Summary

Extract clean and prepare data from systems such as Salesforce Shopify QuickBooks and CSV files
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring reports (daily weekly monthly)
Support sales and operational performance reporting
Perform data validation QA checks and identify discrepancies across systems
Assist with data analysis segmentation and ad-hoc reporting requests
Maintain clear documentation for KPI definitions and reporting logic
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in reporting

Qualifications :

13 years of experience in data analysis reporting or similar role
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP data handling)
Experience working with CSV files and combining multiple data sources
High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
Ability to work independently with structured guidance
Preferred Qualifications
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Exposure to sales or financial data environments
