Job Summary
Role: Site Manager
Project:Residential Housing and Apartments
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management; 2 years experience as a Site Manager in Ireland.
Location: Cork
Salary:80000 - 90000

- Manage site operations construction teams and subcontractors to deliver works efficiently
- Oversee project programme including short-term planning and progress tracking
- Coordinate design reviews and stakeholder communication across all project phases
- Ensure all works meet quality standards building regulations and specifications
- Lead overall health & safety on site promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance
- Monitor commercial performance including subcontractor scope costs and procurement
- Chair site meetings and drive daily coordination and issue resolution
- Manage third-party stakeholders service providers and local authorities
- Provide leadership delegation and performance management to site teams
