HR Automation Capability Lead

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an HR Automation Capability Lead who is strategic collaborative and outcome-focused to join our Talent (HR) team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

You will play a key role in shaping how automation is designed delivered and governed across HR. Your work will help create a coherent scalable and value-driven automation capability that improves efficiency while enhancing the human experience. You will define the vision methodology and governance that enable consistent automation execution globally while respecting local needs and moments that matter in the employee journey.

Who youll work with

You will be working in a Global HR community collaborating closely with HR process owners Digital and Information Technology partners and local country teams. You will also coordinate with external partners to support delivery.

What youll do

• Define the future-state vision for automation within HR.
• Build and maintain an automation methodology and operating framework.
• Develop a global automation roadmap with clear prioritization criteria.
• Establish governance metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with global and local stakeholders.
• Lead communication learning and change activities.

Interested

For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

• Masters degree or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years experience in automation or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of automation and digital ecosystems.
• Proven ability to define frameworks and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
