We are looking for anHR Employee Experience Enablement Lead who is strategic collaborative and outcome-focused to join our Talent (HR) team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

As part of our HR transformation we are redesigning how HR works a unique momentum to build a next-generation HR framework where digitalization AI and design thinking come together to create a seamless intelligent and human-centered HR experience and radically simplify how we operate.

UCB already operates with a mature digital HR ecosystem.
This role focuses on the next level: integrating AI automation and intelligent agents to drive step-change impact - not basic system implementation.

What makes this role different

This isnt a traditional HR or automation role.

You will act as a strategy architect and catalyst for innovation shaping how technology and people interact across the employee journey.

Your mission

Bring to life the future state of HR experiences

Translate the HR transformation vision into scalable AI and digital enables solutions.
Elevating an already mature digital HR landscape by shaping a clear vision for how human touch digital and intelligent automation come together across key moments that matter.

Build and operationalize the AI and automation framework
Establish the frameworks tools and ways of working needed to consistently deliver outcomes. Define the skills roles and capacity needed to sustain and grow this transformative framework.

Enable speed and scalability
Set up the right operating model governance and metrics to balance agility with consistency and long-term impact. A delivery model that fits the UCB culture and ensures speed in line with the transformation journey roadmap.

Connect ecosystems to unlock value
Act as a bridge across HR CoEs Digital IT People Services and external partners to co-create and accelerate solutions

Drive adoption and momentum
Turn transformation into a movement - engaging stakeholders and embedding new ways of working across the organization

Your playground

You will operate from the Global HQ in Brussels at the intersection of:

HR transformation - Digital innovation & automation - Employee experience design

Operating in a fast-paced transformation environment with clear delivery expectations.

Working with a global network of experts youll have the space to experiment influence and scale ideas that matter understanding and serving local realities.

What you bring

Were looking for someone who is as comfortable with ambiguity as they are with execution.

• Experience in HR transformation digital or automation-driven initiatives (5-8y)
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems automation and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to build frameworks drive change and scale solutions globally
• A builder mindset: you dont wait for clarity - you create it
• Strong stakeholder influencing and storytelling skills
• Fluent in English
