Title: Resident Events & Experience Coordinator
Location: Kennewick WA (Club 10 at Resort at Hansen Park)
Pay: $23.00 $26.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (flexible includes evenings/weekends)

This is not a typical events role.
At the Resort at Hansen Park were building a lifestyle-driven community where residents choose to stay because of how it feels to live here. Club 10 is the center of that experienceand this role is at the heart of it.
Were looking for someone who can bring energy creativity and execution together to design and deliver events that people actually show up to.
What Youll Do
Plan a mix of experiences including:
Large signature events (seasonal holiday community-wide)
Social events (mixers game nights fitness classes)
Daily/weekly activations (pop-ups quick-hit experiences)
Coordinate all event logistics from setup to breakdown
Partner with internal teams (caf concierge facilities leasing security)
Be present at events and actively engage with residents
Promote events through flyers digital screens and social channels
Create marketing materials using tools like Canva
Track attendance engagement and event performance
Manage event budgets and identify revenue-generating opportunities
Source and manage vendors instructors and local partners
What Were Looking For
24 years in event planning hospitality or community programming
High energy and naturally engaging personality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute at a high level
Creative mindset with the ability to design experiences people want to attend
Comfortable working a flexible schedule (evenings weekends holidays)
Experience working with multiple age groups (families adults 55) preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva
