Growth Operations Manager . Outbound, CRM & Sales Automation (fmx)
Job Summary
Your Role:
In this role you wont just manage tools youll build and own our outbound engine end-to-end. From targeting and segmentation to campaign execution and continuous optimization you ensure we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Youll work across systems like CRM outreach tools and data platforms to create clean scalable workflows eliminate inefficiencies and continuously improve performance. If you enjoy solving messy setups thinking in systems and delivering measurable impact from day one this role is for you.
Your main responsibilities:
- You will build and scale our AI-powered outbound engine for two brands
- You will be responsible for end-to-end campaigns (targeting list building sequencing optimization)
- You generate a steady stream of qualified leads by intelligently combining AI and automation tools
- You ensure clean structured CRM data and reliable workflows
- You translate sales goals into automated software processes
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed:
- Experience in growth RevOps or outbound marketing
- Proven track record with end-to-end outbound campaigns
- In-depth understanding of ICP targeting and messaging
- User insight and experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g. Lemlist Apollo)
- Data-driven proactive and confident in working with automation and AI
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
