Jr. Infra Technician

A Datacenter Semiconductor Infrastructure Technician (often referred to as a Data Center Facility Technician or IT Infrastructure Technician) is responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting the physical hardware power and cooling systems that support high-performance computing AI and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• 24 hours/ 7 days Monitoring and operation based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)
• Rack stack install configure decommission and replace servers storage systems
• Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives memory power supplies NICs).
• Ensure equipment is installed according to data center standards and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware operating system application and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation.
• Collaborate with engineer teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in Datacenter
• Datacenter facility monitoring and visual checkups
• Knowledge on power cabling low voltage generator cooling related facility

   

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience working in data centers
• Strong understanding of server storage and networking hardware.
  Dell/HP servers EMC Storage devices Oracle Exadata Smart PDUs
• Familiarity with operating systems
• Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Linux Windows Storage Network certification preferred
• Capability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights as required
• Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts based on project demands
• Associate Degree or higher equivalent experience and certification
• Bilingual(Korean) Skill preferred But not required
