Team Leader Domestic & International Execution
Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader Domestic & International Execution to oversee the accurate timely and compliant execution of domestic and export documentation within our cotton supply chain.
In this handson leadership role you will lead endtoend execution activities including invoicing packing orders EDN/RFP processes and export documentation. Working closely with trading logistics shipping lines and customs authorities youll support smooth operations while mentoring and guiding a highperforming execution team.
Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end documentation workflows to ensure shipments are prepared accurately and within required timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of sales contracts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise the creation of export packing orders ensuring accurate entry of container seal and shipment data.
- Coordinate and approve packing orders for upcoming shipments ensuring operational readiness and alignment with schedules.
- Oversee the RFP/EDN application process with Customs to ensure export requirements are met without delays.
- Provide direction and support to the team in preparing draft export documentation including commercial invoices packing lists and certificates of origin.
- Manage submission of export data to shipping lines and obtain draft bills of lading ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and monitor export documentation to ensure precision compliance and readiness for final issuance.
- Provide leadership mentoring and workload coordination to support high-quality execution across the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required to support business needs and seamless domestic and export operations.
Qualifications :
Desired skills and experience:
- Strong experience in export documentation and shipment execution
- Background in commodities or agricultural supply chains (cotton highly regarded)
- Proven people leadership and qualitydriven mindset
- Calm organised and detailfocused in a fastpaced environment
