Project Controller
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Project cashflow P&L project financial portfolio management
- Prepare variance analysis of actual cost vs forecast monthly/quarterly basis
- Managing and reporting the cost progress and forecasting the project EAC (estimated at completion) quarterly
- Analysis risks/opportunities for the project and reflect
- Validates all the cost elements under projects hour bookings in the system hourly rate purchase costs/invoices and allocations)
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as Project directors/managers and different divisions per projects local accounting teams for payments and bookings and regional team for the reporting
- Prepare project invoices together with project/operation team
- Support the preparation of the bond/guarantee/insurances of the project as needed
- Updating and maintaining budget data in the system and check the actual in the system.
- Key in budget/forecast data in the system for the projects and setup the new projects and close the project as needed
- Managing overall projects P&L identifying the project at risk where need improvements
- Project governance as needed.
- Ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications :
- 5 to 8 years of experiences ideally 23 years of audit experiences and 34 years of corporate experiences(Engineering/construction industries preferred).
- Degree in business/accounting is must (BA or MBA) and a qualified member of or equivalent professional accounting bodies is preferred (ACCA CPA ACMA CMA equivalent).
- Good knowledge on ERP systems (experience on setting up new system will be a plus) and excel.
- Experiences in MNC environment working across multi business operation and multi-country operation will be a plus
- Proactive result-oriented and respect and fulfil the given assignments by deadlines
- Close attention on details and willingness to be hands on.
- Good command of spoken and written English
