What Youll Do

• Market Analysis and Strategy Development
• Built-in sales network development and Relationship Management
• Sales Execution and Performance
• Distributior Management
• Collaboration and Reporting

You Must Have

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in built-in distribution business in Germany
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing accounts and business relationships across Germany and other European countries.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and neighboring regions as required
• Fluent in English and German
