About the role.

What youll be doing.

As a Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing plant asset reliability through proactive maintenance programs root cause failure analysis implementation of new condition monitoring technologies performance tracking via KPIs and collaboration with management to enhance equipment performance reduce costs and support safety and capital projects. Your day-to-day may consist of:

• Optimize asset reliability by leading predictive and preventative maintenance and Root Cause Failure Analysis efforts.
• Implement new condition monitoring technologies and maintain performance metrics (KPIs) aligned with reliability standards.
• Collaborate with management and regional teams to enhance equipment performance reduce costs and advance plant reliability.
• Monitor asset data to identify trends recommend improvements and support reliability analysis for capital projects and new designs.
• Foster plant safety initiatives manage training opportunities and evaluate sustainable cost advantage opportunities.

This position will work Day Shift (primarily 6AM-2PM) Monday-Friday with the potential for flexible hours as needed by the business.

This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises strong odors temperature fluctuations moving machinery wet or humid conditions hazardous chemicals high or confined areas extreme temperatures and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing walking communicating and sensory tasks throughout each shift while frequently handling objects climbing balancing and performing various physical movements such as stooping kneeling crouching or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus is required.

What youll need to be successful.

• Associates or Bachelors degree in the engineering field strongly lieu of a degree candidates with 5 years of experience in equipment efficiency will be considered.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred food manufacturing preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings schematics and computer-generated reports.

• Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment processes and roles.
• Demonstrates strong technical ability with a digital-first approach embracing new technologies and accurately entering data.
• Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization follows instructions (written/oral/diagram form) and completes necessary documentation independently in English.
• Pays close attention to detail prioritizing product quality safety and accurate record-keeping.
• Physically capable of meeting job requirements and consistently brings a positive team-focused attitude to work.

• Demonstrates adaptability analytical ability and problem-solving skills while working independently or collaboratively to ensure effective and logical decision-making in diverse situations.

Compensation Package:$85500.00 - $114000.00 . USD annually Bonus eligibility
