Job Summary

Mission

Implement improvements to the CRM processes and strategy propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.

Responsabilities:

  • CRM strategy definition integrated into the company strategy;
  • Analyzing data to inform and drive business development and campaigns;
  • Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaigns;
  • Acting as a liaison between the IT/BI and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns;
  • Partnering with different stakeholders (Sales Force/ Digital/Commercial MKT Loyalty/Stores/External Markets & TeleSales) to keep them informed about upcoming customer management initiatives;
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy;
  • Working with IT to manage CRM systems and data warehousing;
  • Main responsible for Customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Management Information Management;
  • Previous experience in similar activities with CRM Platforms;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum Methodologies (is a plus);
  • Excellent data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Fluent in English is essential due to frequent interaction with international headquarters and boards;
  • Strong mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to propose and implement innovative ideas.
