Job Summary
- Independently manage the workstreams with proficiency in coding and monitor the outputs from other team members
- Ensure prompt communication between client stakeholders and the team
- Should have good understanding of CPG Industry with solutions like Assortments AB testing Pricing.
- Take complete ownership of all assigned projects/tasks with a high focus on quality and client delight
- Lead the development of the analysis plan for any new task and translate the requirements clearly to the team
- Ensure successful completion of client deliverables in line with the project plan/scope
- Generate actionable insights from the analysis and ensure compelling executive summaries and storytelling through the output
- Identify gap in the processes; optimize & streamline
- Lead calls from offshore to discuss project updates results etc. and share MoMs as and when needed
- Be proactive in flagging potential issues/concerns to RM/TH so that corrective actions are taken at the right time
- Mentor and groom junior/new members in the team
- Databricks Python PySpark Azure
