The Digital Experience team is Körbers internal Digital Marketing Center of Excellence supporting Körbers Business Areas with website management SEO social media content design growth & brand activation and Data & AI.

WearelookingforaPresentationDesignerwhoturnsdraft PowerPointinputintoclear ö largeslidelibraries(e.g. afteracquisitionsorbrandchanges) andmaintaintemplatesandvisualstandards.

YouwillworkcloselywiththeDesign Squad LeadtheDigital ExperienceteamandstakeholdersacrossKörberoperatingaspartofa globalpresentationdesign hub.

Keyresponsibilities

Transform draftpresentationsintopolishedbrandcompliantdecksin PowerPoint.

ApplyKörbersvisualidentity(fontscolorslayoutsimagery)consistently.

Developandmaintainmastertemplatesslidelayoutsandreusableslidelibraries.

Turnrawinput(bulletsroughslidescharts)intovisuallystructured easytounderstandslides.

Createorrefinechartsand simpleinfographicsfromdataandsketches.

Support largescaledeckupdates(rebrandingacquisitionsportfolioandorgchanges).

Manageincomingrequestsviadefinedchannels/toolsclarifyscopeandtimelines.

Ensurefilesandtemplatesareproperlystoredversionedand easytofind.

Maintaina highstandardofvisualqualityandsuggestimprovementstotemplatesandworkflows.

ProactivelyleverageAIbasedtools(e.g. PowerPoint designfeatures Copilotorsimilar)tospeedupproductionimprovequalityand supportscalablepresentationwork.

Requiredskillsandqualifications

3yearsexperienceinpresentationdesigngraphicdesignorvisualcommunication(inhousehubagencyorconsultingenvironmentisa plus).

Expertlevelskillsin Microsoft PowerPoint; strongskillsinotherMS Officetools(especiallyExcel and Word).

Strong senseoflayouthierarchyandtypography;abletomakecomplexcontentclearandstructured.

Experienceworkingwithbrandguidelinesandapplyingthemconsistently.

Highattentiontodetailandquality alsowithrepetitiveorhighvolumework.

Serviceoriented reliablecomfortablehandlingmultiple parallelrequests.

Basic Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator Photoshop)isa plus.

Verygoodwrittenand spoken English; additionallanguages(e.g. GermanPortugueseorlocallanguage)areanadvantage.
