Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting repairing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Diagnose and repair equipment issues ensuring minimal downtime for customers
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 0 years of proven experience in field service or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
- Associates degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in customer service and support
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
