• Adhere to company health environmental and safety policies supporting a safe work environment.
• Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings as scheduled and perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow company-created checklists to inspect and test vehicles ensuring equipment readiness.
• Assist with standard electrical and mechanical repairs under supervision.
• Learn repair techniques with mentorship from experienced mechanics.
• Test vehicles before and after repairs to confirm successful maintenance.
• Help maintain the workshop and customer areas and keep inventory areas organized.
• Accurately and promptly submit reports and technical documents including service reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and develop your skills.

• This opportunity is for a 2nd Year apprentice only.
• Must be enrolled in a 3-year Heavy Equipment program working towards achieving their 421A license.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Working knowledge of electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical components.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills including component exchange repair and warranty-related tasks.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey detailed and complex information.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and unsupervised for extended periods.
• Fully proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
