YourLiebherrCareer Parts Interpreter

• Provide accurate timely parts interpretation to internal teams and external customers ensuring correct identification and supply of spare parts.
• Process parts orders end-to-end including quotation preparation order entry invoicing dispatch coordination and proactive customer follow-up.
• Support service and maintenance operations by identifying parts requirements for scheduled servicing breakdown repairs machine rebuilds and component replacements.
• Assist with stock control activities including cycle counts stocktakes discrepancy investigations and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service through professional communication and timely responses to enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with safety quality and company procedures at all times.

• Previous experience (ideally around 4 years) in a spare part technical or similar role within machineryrelated industries such as earthmoving marine rail or industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with a genuine interest in machinery and how components work together.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to accurately identify and interpret parts information.
• Confident using ERP POS and Microsoft Office systems with the ability to manage orders and data accurately.
• Forklift licence desirable for supporting warehouse and picking activities when required.
• Customerfocused with clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
