Job Description:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote products and actively support sales activities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
- Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area remains clean and well-maintained
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirements:
- Maintain basic computer knowledge
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours:
- Rotational shifts from 9:30am - 6:30pm or 1:00pm - 10:00pm
- Five working days per week with off days scheduled on weekdays
