Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Manage project lifecycles to ensure on-time handover within budget.
- Safety Leadership: Oversee site safety and maintain strict H&S and EHS compliance.
- Schedule Management: Develop construction programmes and coordinate updates with design teams.
- Stakeholder Representation: Lead site meetings and produce professional progress and schedule reports.
- Quality Control: Ensure all works comply with drawings building regulations and industry standards.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with the Contracts Director to manage project staffing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records including diaries and allocation sheets.
- Executive Reporting: Provide weekly project updates to the Contracts and Managing Directors.
- Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with procurement and head office to ensure timely resource provision.
