Our client a Karachi-based State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI) seeks to appoint an experienced professional for the following role:
Job Role
As a Manager Bank office Operations you will be responsible for handling both consumer and merchant/agent/corporate onboarding support customers/agents queries and complaints related to onboarding and post onboarding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Agent/merchant Network Expansion & Acquisition: Operationally Onboard and manage new consumers merchants/agents and corporate customers
- Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as consumer/agent/merchant transaction volume liquidity (cash management) and revenue growth.
- Manage support team: Manage day to day operations for support team and ensure registration/onboarding TATs are met along with issue resolution for any reported instances.
- Training & Compliance: Ensuring agents adhere to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal EMI policies regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
- Risk Management: Implementing strategies to mitigate risks associated with agent banking such as fraud and unauthorized transactions.
- Reporting: Presenting agent performance reports liquidity analysis and audit findings to senior management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably a Bachelors degree in preferably in Business Administration Finance Accounting or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization
- Prior experience in the banking sector particularly Digital financial services fintech or microfinance.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle merchants/agents for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with agents/merchant management digital financial products and EMI services is preferred.
- Goal-oriented reliable and comfortable working in fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data analytics tools.
- Excellent relationship management leadership negotiation and communication skills
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
