As an ExpertIT Functional Consultant o9 Planning Suite (m/f/d) you support the implementation stabilization and continuous improvement of the o9 Planning Suite within the TWIN program and the Planning Suite Center of Excellence (CoE). You focus on translating business planning requirements into functional o9 configurations supporting testing and rollout activities and ensuring high solution usability and data quality across the planning domains.

In this role you work closely with business product owners key users technical consultants and the o9 Tech Owner to bring integrated planning concepts to life and to continuously enhance the HUGOBOSS planning ecosystem.

What you can expect:

• Support the functional implementation and configurationof the o9 Planning Suite across assigned planning domains (e.g. Demand Planning Product Planning Supply Planning IBP) in line with defined blueprints TWIN standards and CoE guidelines.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into functional solution designsin the o9 platform including UI configurations workflows measures attributes and validations.
• Leverage your o9 expertise and project experience as a Solution Architect to enable and support other team members acting as a go-to person for functional o9 questions sharing best practices and contributing to the build-up of planning competencies within the team.
• Execute and support system testing activities including preparation and execution of SIT/UAT creation of test cases defect analysis and coordination of fixes in close collaboration with technical consultants and the o9 Tech Owner.
• Actively support user enablement and adoption including creation of documentation support of training activities and close collaboration with key users and business SMEs during rollout and hypercare phases.
• Contribute to data quality and functional consistency working with data stewards and technical teams to validate planning data monitor functional behavior and ensure correct end-to-end process execution across planning domains.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning capabilities identifying functional enhancements capturing feedback from users and contributing to backlog refinement within the Planning Suite product setup.

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science Business Informatics Engineering or a comparable field
• 3 years experience in enterprise planning processes(e.g. Demand Planning Product Planning Supply Planning IBP) within complex business environments ideally in a retail fashion or consumer goods context.
• Hands-on experience in o9 Solutionsand/or comparable planning platforms (e.g. SAP IBP Anaplan TM1).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system configurations with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in testing rollout and user supportwithin transformation or implementation projects ideally in an international and cross-functional setup.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across IT and business teams and to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) German language skills are a plus.
