Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of Fieldwork and Accreditation

Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Education or a related field. Valid California teaching credential (Education Specialist and/or Multiple Subject preferred); administrative credential desirable. Minimum of five (5) years of successful P12 teaching experience and at least three (3) years of experience in supervision fieldwork coordination or credentialing. Demonstrated knowledge of California TPEs TPAs and CTC credentialing standard.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate in Education or related field. Experience supervising or managing professional staff. Experience with accreditation compliance reporting and program assessment. Experience with university systems such as Banner Argos OnBase Salesforce DegreeWorks and supervision platforms. Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to interpret and apply complex credentialing and policy requirements. Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage high-stakes deadlines and competing priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty school partners and university leadership. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
