Job Summary

Role:Quantity Surveyor
Projects: Industrial & Residential new-build projects
Client:Leading Property Developer
Essentials: Degree in Quantity Surveying; 23 years relevant experience in Ireland (ideally with a PQS); familiarity of Cubit Cost-X Bluebeam or equivalent and Microsoft Office; strong analytical and communication skills; willing to travel across Greater Dublin Full Driving Licence.
Location: South Dublin
Salary:55000 - 65000

Reporting to: Senior QS
Our client a leading construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors gaining exposure to a variety of projects and further developing their skills in cost management and contract administration.
  • Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages including payments to subcontractors suppliers and consultants.
  • Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations cost reports and budget tracking.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details ensuring all records are up-to-date.
  • Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
