Essentials:Third-level qualification in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services 7 years of residential project management experience willing to travel across Greater Dublin Full Driving Licence.
Location:Multiple Sites in Greater Dublin
Salary:90000 - 110000

Our client is a leading residential developer renowned for building high-quality sustainable homes in sought-after locations. They are looking to double their number of live sites by early next year and with a proven track record and deep industry knowledge they consistently deliver homes that exceed expectations and enhance neighbourhoods.
The M&E Manager will manage multiple M&E design teams requirements are met and systems are integrated smoothly into projects. They will support site teams with M&E processes oversee installation quality and manage sub-contractors. The role also involves mentoring engineers contributing to innovation standardising temporary utility designs and coordinating with the in-house Utility Coordinator on third-party installations.
