General Responsibilities

The Mission (Your Key Focus):

1. Digital Order Management

• The Digital Bridge:Use SAP and automation platforms to process healthcare orders with speed and precision.

• Command Centre:Sync up with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Data Integrity:Maintain high-quality documentation for traceabilityessential in the healthcare industry.

2. Omnichannel Customer Support

• Problem Solver:Engage with customers across email phone and digital portals. Youll be solving puzzles and providing solutions not just reading scripts.

• Process Improver:Notice a way to do things faster using tech We want to hear your ideas to help us work smarter not harder.

• Stakeholder Liaison:Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate urgent needs proactively.
