Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Virtual Call Agent to join Meyer Plastics providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Virtual Call Agent you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries processing orders and offering general assistance related to our plastic products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product inquiries pricing availability and order status
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads orders or customer requests
- Provide accurate information about product specifications uses and company services
- Process customer orders quotes and updates in the system
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with sales production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly and performance targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a call center customer service or sales role (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM software call systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or plastic products (preferred but not required)
