Synergie is partnering with anestablished WA civil services contractor. They deliver concrete streetscape and civil maintenance works such as footpaths kerbing crossovers and have a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
Roles are available both north and south of river Monday to Friday with consistent hours.

What youll be doing:

• Work as part of a concrete crew delivering highquality finishes across streetscape and residential projects
• Perform all aspects of concrete finishing to a high standard
• Complete works across footpaths pavements crossovers and pram ramps
• Set out string lines and assist with formwork setup levels and base preparation
• Carry out finishing techniques including broom finish hand & power trowel work exposed aggregate and liquid limestone
• Assist with preparation placement and finishing of concrete pours
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality and attention to detail
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive site culture

What were looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in concreting
• At least 1 year of residential or streetscape concrete experience
• Strong finishing skills and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings (highly regarded)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Reliable safetyfocused and able to work well within a crew
• Able to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• Must have a White Card and C Class Drivers License
