Senior Video Producer
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and execution of all video content.
- Translate briefs into compelling scripts storyboards and visual treatments.
- Shape the visual and narrative identity of our video outputs to drive engagement clarity and differentiation.
- Hands on execution of marketing assets
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand legal and compliance guidelines while remaining innovative and market-relevant
- Oversee the full production pipeline: pre-production shoot and post-production.
- Plan and direct shoots managing production logistics including casting scheduling budgeting and compliance.
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Operate camera and drone equipment
- Stay up to date on AI-powered creative tools and explore how they can enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
- Support the integration of AI workflows across the department where appropriatee.g. AI-assisted editing scripting asset localization generation or visual ideation.
- Work closely with Brand Performance Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign success.
- Deliver platform-tailored video assets for YouTube Google TikTok SnapChat and other channels.
- Champion quality across all deliverables.
- Analyse performance insights to guide future creative improvements.
- Test and iterate based on user engagement metrics and campaign KPIs.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in creative video production preferably within a marketing agency or media environment.
- Proven track record delivering multi-platform campaigns from concept to delivery.
- An experienced and self-sufficient video producer with a strong portfolio of digital-first content
- Expert storytelling ability
- Deep knowledge of video production processes and live action
- Strong creative judgment and ability to develop narratives that resonate across global markets.
- Experience managing production teams and external agencies including contract negotiations and vendor oversight.
- Excellent project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana or similar.
- Strong attention to detail multitasking ability and a proactive solutions-oriented
- Solid understanding of digital channels and platform-specific creative nuances.
