Job Summary
- Supervise team
- Lead in trouble shooting of electrical systems
- Ensure PPM is completed on time as per SLA
- Ensure CM is completed on time as per SLA
- Management of leave of team
- Manpower allocation for three shifts
- Help mall management to provide electrical assistance as and when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Should have experience in handling PPM and CM.
- Should be available to join immediately.
- Only Local Hire
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering CEP (Certified Estimating Professional Certification) - Mandatory 5-8 Year previous experience of cost estimation with leading Facility Management Companies QATAR Driving License High level of expertise on word, excel, power point
