We are currently searching for a Backend Developer Sr:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient and scalable backend solutions using Java (JDK 11) and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Define clean architectures (Microservices Event-driven Hexagonal) while ensuring high-quality standards (Sonar SOLID Clean Code).
• Optimize performance and resolve bottlenecks in existing systems.
• Integrate applications with databases external services and APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend DevOps QA) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure quality and security by implementing unit/integration tests (JUnit Mockito) and applying standards like OWASP JWT and OAuth2.
• Manage Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps tasks using AWS/Azure/GCP Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions).
• Document technical designs decisions and processes to maintain accessible organizational knowledge.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Java.
• Advanced mastery of Java (JDK 11) including lambdas streams and concurrency.
• Expertise in Frameworks: Spring Boot Spring Security and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong Database knowledge: SQL (PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Redis Cassandra).
• Experience with Messaging/Events: Kafka RabbitMQ or AWS SQS.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure: Working with Cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Desired:

• Certifications: Java (Oracle Certified Professional) or Cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Serverless Architecture (AWS Lambda).
• Security Tooling: Knowledge of Checkmarks Fortify or BlackDuck.v

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
